These terms explain the rules that apply when shopping with serenoviq™, including product information, order acceptance, payment, delivery, returns, promotional offers, and the responsibilities of everyone using our store.

serenoviq™ is operated by Guangzhou Chuangshanyuan Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through serenoviq.com.
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your transaction is also subject to the other applicable policies published on our website, including the policies addressing payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and privacy.

Descriptions, Images & Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and prices accurately.
Actual product appearance or color may differ slightly from the images displayed because of lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, or normal production variation.
Product information may be corrected or updated when necessary, including when a genuine error or an inaccurate detail is identified.
Before ordering: Review the product title, specifications, listed materials, dimensions, included components, and available options so that the item meets your intended needs.
Order Submission & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, potential fraud risks, or applicable legal restrictions.
Where reasonably necessary, we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of circumstances such as:
- A failed or unapproved payment.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized purchasing activity.
- Unavailable inventory.
- A material pricing or product-information error.
- Unauthorized resale activity.
- Applicable legal or regulatory restrictions.
If payment has already been successfully collected for an order that is subsequently canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Prices, Currency, Taxes & Payment Authorization
Transactions made through our store are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. Please review the checkout summary before confirming your purchase.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Payment authorization and verification may be performed by the relevant payment provider or financial institution. Their approval decisions and verification procedures remain subject to their applicable terms.
Shipping and Estimated Delivery
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
For deliveries within the United States, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Depending on inventory availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or appropriate fulfillment partners. Tracking availability, international shipping conditions, and procedures for delayed or missing shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances may affect transit time.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Please contact Customer Care before sending merchandise so that eligibility, authorization, return instructions, and the correct return warehouse address can be provided.
Once an approved return reaches the designated return facility, inspection is normally completed within 5 business days. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. A request cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

Promotional Codes & Special Offers
Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, or other conditions stated with the relevant offer.
Unless the applicable promotion expressly states otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed.
Please review the terms of an offer and confirm that any discount has been applied during checkout before submitting payment.
Lawful Use & Prohibited Activities
Products are offered for lawful use. Customers must not use the store, checkout, or purchasing process to engage in unlawful or abusive activity.

Any limitation of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent allowed by the laws governing the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Consumer protections remain in place. Mandatory rights and remedies provided by applicable law are not removed by these Terms.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in store operations, services, purchasing procedures, or applicable legal requirements.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
