serenoviq™ MeasureMark 16 oz Graduated Film Chemistry Cylinder
Bring clarity and consistency to your film-processing routine with the serenoviq™ MeasureMark 16 oz Graduated Film Chemistry Cylinder. Designed for home darkrooms and analog photography workspaces, this transparent measuring cylinder makes it easier to measure photographic liquids and transfer them into compatible mixing vessels.
The cylinder features dual US fluid ounce and milliliter graduations, with a maximum marked capacity of 16 US fl oz (473 mL). Its tall, easy-to-read scale supports practical measurement, while the integrated pouring spout helps direct liquids during transfer.
Made from lightweight polypropylene (PP), MeasureMark combines a clear body, stable flared base, and straightforward graduated markings in a compact format suited to everyday darkroom preparation.
01 / Product Features
Precise, Readable, Ready for the Darkroom
01 · Dual Graduations
US fl oz + mL Scale
Two measurement systems appear on the transparent body, making it convenient to follow recipes expressed in US fluid ounces or milliliters.
02 · 16 oz Capacity
Up to 473 mL
The graduated scale reaches 16 US fluid ounces, approximately 473 mL, for routine measuring of compatible photographic processing liquids.
03 · Pouring Spout
Controlled Liquid Transfer
The molded spout helps guide liquid into a receiving container, reducing uncontrolled splashing when pouring carefully.
04 · Transparent Body
Easy Scale Visibility
The clear polypropylene body allows the liquid level to remain visible while you align the meniscus with the desired graduation.
05 · Flared Base
Stable Standing Profile
The broad circular base provides a supportive footprint on a flat work surface during routine measuring and preparation.
06 · Lightweight Build
Easy to Handle and Store
The lightweight construction is convenient for frequent use and storage alongside other film-processing accessories.
02 / Material & Construction
Transparent Polypropylene Construction
The MeasureMark cylinder body and integrated base are made from polypropylene (PP), a lightweight thermoplastic commonly used for reusable measuring and laboratory-style containers. The transparent finish allows the graduated markings and liquid level to be viewed together during measurement.
Polypropylene (PP) Body
Polypropylene provides a lightweight, practical structure for routine liquid measuring. The molded cylindrical wall carries the dual-unit scale, while the wider base supports the upright shape. The body and pouring spout form one integrated measuring piece.
Molded Dual-Unit Graduations
The printed or applied scale is marked in US fluid ounces and milliliters, with the upper capacity marking at 16 US fl oz / 473 mL. Read the liquid level at eye height for a more consistent measurement.
Integrated Pouring Spout
The shaped pouring lip helps direct measured liquid toward a mixing vessel or processing container. Pour slowly and keep the receiving vessel stable throughout transfer.
03 / Dimensions & Capacity
A Compact Measuring Tool for Film Processing
MeasureMark has a tall cylindrical profile designed to keep its graduations easy to follow. The flared base creates a wider footprint, while the integrated spout provides a clear pouring point.

Measurement Tip
Read the Liquid Level at Eye Height
Place the cylinder on a level surface and bring your eyes level with the liquid surface. For most clear liquids, read the bottom of the meniscus against the scale. The graduations are intended for practical measuring rather than certified analytical laboratory work.
04 / Weight & Handling
Lightweight for Everyday Use
The lightweight polypropylene construction makes MeasureMark convenient to pick up, position, and return to your darkroom storage area. Its compact footprint fits naturally alongside developing tanks, solution bottles, and other film-processing tools.

05 / How to Use
A Simple, Consistent Measuring Routine
Step 01 · Place on a Level Surface
Set the cylinder on a stable, level worktop before adding liquid. Make sure the base is fully supported and the measuring scale is easy to see.
Step 02 · Add the Required Volume
Pour the compatible liquid slowly into the cylinder. Use either the US fluid ounce or milliliter graduations according to your processing recipe.
Step 03 · Check the Graduation
View the liquid level at eye height and align the bottom of the meniscus with the intended mark when applicable. Avoid estimating the level from above or below the scale.
Step 04 · Pour with Control
Use the integrated spout to transfer the measured liquid slowly into the receiving vessel. Keep both containers stable and wipe away any drips using an appropriate method.
Care & Safety
Keep Your Darkroom Tools Clean
Rinse and clean the cylinder promptly after use, following the instructions for the photographic chemical involved. Polypropylene is compatible with many liquids, but compatibility depends on the chemical formulation, concentration, temperature, and contact time. Confirm suitability before using aggressive or specialized chemicals. Do not use the cylinder for food or drinking water.
